πΈ. Payment Terms
50% upfront payment ($750) is required to commence the project by January 28, 2025.
The remaining 50% balance ($750) is due upon project completion on February 15, 2025, before the final delivery of files.
Payments can be made via [bank transfer, Instapay, or other preferred method].
β οΈ. Policy
Revisions:
The package includes up to 3 rounds of revisions per deliverable.
Additional revisions will be charged at $50 per round.
Delivery Format:
Final deliverables will be provided in standard file formats (PDF, PNG, JPEG, SVG/AI).
Requests for additional formats may incur additional costs.
Cancellation:
If the project is canceled by Ncubeight after the start date, the upfront payment is non-refundable.
If the project is canceled by Moyo Creates, a full refund will be provided for undelivered work.
Copyright & Ownership:
Full copyright and ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment.
'Moyo Creates' reserves the right to showcase the work in their portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Validity:
This quotation is valid for 30 days from the issue date (until February 20, 2025).
